Prime Performance is not your typical training gym. We are an elite training facility that promotes a community of fitness excellence and provides individuals of all levels the absolute best in fitness training, coaching, and programming. We take the guess work and trial-and-error out of reaching your goals. We provide a complete training system. A highly qualified coach will personally walk you through every step of the way on the path toward achieving your personal goals. Everyone has specific goals and a specific body. For customized results you need a customized program.

Prime Performance Group Classes

Prime Performance group training you get to enjoy the benefits of personal training for a fraction of the price. Group Training provides you the same focus and attention as personal training. Many people strength train with weights while others do cardio or aerobics – somewhere between is our group coaching. Get the benefits of both. Your body will get stronger, your cardiovascular fitness will improve and you will burn calories and watch your body change.

Class Descriptions

Prime High Intensity Training (HIT) :

The emphasis of this class is the kettlebell but expect all combinations of formats used during your workouts and stations. Body weight movements, kettlebells, dumbbells, sandbags, suspension trainers, sprints, bands, jumping, jump ropes and just about any movement or exercise you can think of is game here. We alternate our days between strength and cardio.  We are always having a great time in a team training atmosphere.

Prime Strength:

This class will focus primarily on the squat (low bar & high bar), the deadlift and press (bench, strict & push press). We will also cover technique, programming options, accessory lifts and all things related to the main three lifts. The goal is perfecting the movement and positioning and not necessarily about how heavy you can lift. This class is primarily strength and conditioning. On conditioning days expect to perform movements at higher speeds, timed against the clock, AMRAP, and high reps.
